How to delete your account

Enter the email registered on your Globlo account and tap Send OTP, then enter the code you receive and tap Verify.
Do the same for your registered phone number.
Once both show a checkmark, the Delete Account button becomes active.
Optionally tell us why you're leaving, then tap Delete Account to confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately once verified below — you won't be able to log in again.
Your profile, media, and personal data are permanently deleted over the following 30 days.
Records we're required to keep for legal, financial, or safety reasons (e.g. completed trip and payment records) are retained as required by law, with personal identifiers removed where possible.
This can't be undone by you once submitted. If you change your mind within the 30-day window, contact support@globlo.app as soon as possible.

Requests are usually processed within a few minutes of verification, since deactivation happens automatically once you confirm both codes below.
